G&N Builders Group LLC was founded by construction professionals with more than 17 years managing residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure projects across Florida and Latin America. The company is new; the people running it are not, and we are careful to state it that way.
WHERE WE CAME FROM
Two careers, four countries, one company.
Before G&N existed, its two principals spent seventeen years on other people’s payrolls — residential and commercial in Florida, infrastructure and industry in Latin America. They formed the LLC in 2026 to run projects the way they had always argued they should be run: the estimator on site, the owner reachable, the record photographed as the work happens.

SAFETY
The board we post at the gate, in four lines.
Short enough that a crew can repeat it without reading it. Behind it: OSHA-aligned procedure, a hazard review before work starts each shift, and supervision that stays on site instead of checking in by phone.

Wear PPE.
Hard hat, hi-viz, eye and hearing protection. Enforced on our crews and on every subcontractor we bring through the gate.

Be aware.
Know what is above you, behind you and energised. Containment barriers and taped zones exist so nobody has to guess.

Plan ahead.
The sequence, the access route and the controls are agreed before the first tool comes out of the truck.

Go home safe.
The only measure that matters at the end of a shift. Nothing on a schedule outranks it.
