01
Diagnostic imaging centre, flooring replacement
CLIENT
[ NAME WITHHELD ]
LOCATION
Jacksonville, FL
DURATION
1 week
TYPE
Occupied facility
Luxury vinyl plank flooring laid throughout an operating imaging centre: reception and waiting room, exam corridors and sub-waiting rooms. Transitions, thresholds and wall base rebuilt, phased around patient appointments with the centre open every day.
CHALLENGE
The centre could not close. Patients, staff and imaging equipment stayed in the building every day of the work.
SOLUTION
Phased zone by zone around the appointment book: reception and waiting first, then exam corridors and sub-waiting rooms, each zone cleaned and handed back before the next one opened. Transitions and wall base rebuilt as we went.
RESULT
New flooring throughout, no cancelled appointments, no equipment moved twice. One week.
02
Diagnostic imaging centre, exterior repaint
CLIENT
[ NAME WITHHELD ]
LOCATION
Jacksonville, FL
DURATION
1 week
TYPE
Exterior painting
Exterior repaint of the full envelope: stucco preparation and patching, sealant at joints and penetrations, entry canopy and soffits, service doors, side and rear elevations. Worked around clinic hours and patient parking.
CHALLENGE
Repainting the full envelope of a clinic that keeps its entrance, patient parking and service doors in use all day.
SOLUTION
Stucco prepared and patched, joints and penetrations sealed, then canopy, soffits, doors and elevations painted in a sequence that always left the entry and the parking usable.
RESULT
Envelope sealed and repainted in one week, with clinic hours untouched.
03
Veterinary clinic
CLIENT
[ NAME WITHHELD ]
LOCATION
Tampa, FL
DURATION
2 weeks
TYPE
Interior build-out
Interior build-out of a veterinary practice: reception and front-of-house finishes, branded feature wall, partition framing, exam corridor, doors and hardware, flooring and paint.
CHALLENGE
A veterinary practice opening on a fixed date, with front-of-house finishes, branding and exam areas all landing inside the same two weeks.
SOLUTION
Partition framing, corridor, doors and hardware run in parallel with finishes; the branded feature wall and reception built last so they stayed clean for opening day.
RESULT
Practice handed over ready to receive patients on the date that was set.
04
Exterior repaint and trim repair
DURATION
1 week
Pressure cleaning, stucco patching, trim and fascia repair, sealant renewal, and full exterior repaint in a deep green with white trim, including the pool lanai, columns and rear elevations.
CHALLENGE
Stucco cracks, tired trim and failed sealant under Florida sun and rain. Painting over them would have failed within a season.
SOLUTION
Pressure cleaning, stucco patching, trim and fascia repair and sealant renewal before a drop of colour: deep green body with white trim, pool lanai, columns and rear elevations included.
RESULT
A repaint standing on sound substrate, finished in one week.
05
Exterior repaint, lakeside home
DURATION
1 week
Pressure cleaning and stain removal, stucco patching, sealant renewal, and full exterior repaint to a chosen scheme: Naturel body, Pearly White trim, Meadow Trail front door. Front and rear elevations, screened lanai and pool deck walls included.
CHALLENGE
A lakeside elevation with staining and chalked surfaces, and an owner who had already chosen an exact scheme.
SOLUTION
Cleaning and stain removal, stucco patching and sealant renewal, then the chosen scheme applied throughout: Naturel body, Pearly White trim, Meadow Trail front door, screened lanai and pool deck walls included.
RESULT
The scheme the owner picked, on a surface prepared to hold it. One week.
06
Exterior paint, new-build home
DURATION
1 week
Exterior paint on a new-build home: body, trim, fascia and soffit, garage surround, rear elevation and screened porch wall.
CHALLENGE
New construction where the paint is the finish everyone sees, applied on a builder's schedule.
SOLUTION
Body, trim, fascia and soffit, garage surround, rear elevation and screened porch wall coated in sequence, edges cut by hand.
RESULT
Exterior finished without holding up the rest of the build.
07
Front entry and door finishes
DURATION
1 week
Front entry refinished: door, frame and casing prepared and painted, threshold and stone surround cleaned, entry slab and ceiling finished.
CHALLENGE
A front entry that dated the whole house: door, frame, casing, threshold and stone surround.
SOLUTION
Everything prepared and refinished in place — door, frame and casing painted, threshold and stone cleaned, entry slab and ceiling finished.
RESULT
The entry reads new without replacing a single component.
08
Screen enclosure and lanai
DURATION
1 week
Concrete slab extension, aluminium screen enclosure framed and screened over the rear patio, gable roof panels, screen door, and gutter and downspout tied into the existing run.
CHALLENGE
An open rear patio the owners could not really use: no roof, no screen, and rainwater running off where it should not.
SOLUTION
Slab extended in concrete, aluminium enclosure framed and screened over the patio, gable roof panels and screen door fitted, gutter and downspout tied into the existing run.
RESULT
A screened lanai in daily use, with the water going where it was meant to.
