COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you work inside operating buildings without interrupting the activity?−
Yes. It is how we run our commercial work. We install sealed containment floor to deck, run negative air with HEPA filtration, control dust, protect floors, egress and client equipment, and phase the work around your operating hours, including nights and weekends. Our Project Director is ASHE ICRA 2.0 Qualified.
What certifications do you hold?+
ASHE ICRA 2.0 Qualified (4 December 2025), an engineering degree evaluated by NCEES as equivalent to a U.S. B.S., five Procore certifications, HIPAA awareness, Lean construction, construction contract administration and environmental compliance training.
Which areas of Florida do you work in?+
Home counties are Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Polk. We have delivered projects in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Gainesville, and we travel for commercial and occupied-facility work.
What is your process?+
Five phases: preconstruction, mobilisation, execution, quality control, closeout. Each phase has a defined start, a defined close and a document that closes it. The same five phases on a small repair and on a full commercial build-out.

How long does an estimate take?+
One business day for a response, and a full estimate as soon as the scope is defined. If we cannot hit your bid date we tell you the same day instead of going quiet.
Do you work in Spanish?+
Yes. Service in English, Spanish and Portuguese, in the field and in the paperwork.
Do you handle emergencies?+
